On November 27-29, 2023, PEMPAL Treasury Community of Practice (TCOP) Thematic Group on Cash Management and Forecasting will hold a meeting in Vienna, Austria. The main objective of the meeting is to discuss the trends in consolidation of the government cash and techniques to prepare reliable and timely cash forecasts. The meeting will also provide an opportunity for participants to exchange the latest information on relevant developments in their countries. The meeting will be attended by 40 specialists representing 17 PEMPAL countries (Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyz Republic, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Tajikistan, Türkiye, and Uzbekistan). Representatives of Austrian Treasury, Hungarian State Treasury and Hungarian Debt Agency will join the meeting as invited speakers. The event will be facilitated by the World Bank team.
