PEMPAL Internal Audit Community of Practice (IACOP) organized its 24th IA COP working group (WG) meeting on Risk Assessment (RA) on September 25 – 26, 2013, and 25th working group meeting on Relationship of internal audit with financial inspection and external audit (RIFIX) on September 27 - 28, 2013, in St. Petersburg, Russian Federation.
Objectives for the RA workshop are to learn from countries experience on RA methodology; to review and agree on the draft RA Template and learn how to apply it; to elaborate the methodology on Risk assessment in annual planning; to plan further activities within the RA WG.
Objectives and expected outcomes of the new RIFIX workshop are to reflect on world and EU standards concerning internal, external audit and financial inspection relation; learn from countries good practice in establishing good relationship between internal, external audit and financial inspection; identify main differences between internal, external audit and financial inspection; identify domains of cooperation between internal, external audit and financial inspection; learn about problems in cooperation and find solutions and to further develop action plan for working group.
