Videoconference
The Treasury Community of Practice (TCOP) held a video conference in October 2013, devoted to the topic "The Use of Information Technologies in Treasury Operations". Mr. Nazim Gasimzade, Head of the IT Department of the Public Treasury Agency of Azerbaijan, made a presentation “Principles of Internal and External Control of IT Systems and Their Use in Treasury”, which can be accessed here. The video conference was delivered in two stages: on October 9 for the Russian speaking participants and on October 23 for the English and Bosnian speaking members of the TCOP.
