On October 17-19, 2023, PEMPAL Internal Audit Community of Practice (IACOP) with the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Uzbekistan will hold Plenary and Internal Control Working Group (IC WG) meetings in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
The Plenary Meeting will center its discussions on the coordination between public internal financial control and other reforms taking place in the public sector. The meeting of the Internal Control Working Group will address the underlying objectives and practical steps towards the development of an effective risk management framework within the public sector.
