Videoconference
The Treasury Community of Practice (TCOP) held the third video conference on December 16, 2014, devoted to the topic "Cash Management". The videoconference gathered the World Bank resource team and the representatives of 7 PEMPAL member countries – Albania, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Moldova and Russian Federation. The videoconference was focused around the Russian presentation on their existing system for cash management and forecasting, delivered by Ms. Oxana Pavliukova, Deputy Head of Department of Federal Budget Execution of the Treasury of Russian Federation.
