Thematic VC on Global and ECA Trends in Digital Transformation of Public Finance
On February 12, 2026, the TCOP Working Group on Using IT in Treasury Operations will hold a thematic video conference on Global and ECA Trends in Digital Transformation of Public Finance.
The objectives of the VC are to learn about the key findings of the 2025 GovTech Maturity Index Update recently published by the World Bank and to discuss global and regional trends in public sector digital transformation and the progress of FMIS modernization in ECA. Given the relevance of the subject to other PEMPAL communities of practice, interested members of the Budget and Internal Audit COPs are invited to participate in the event.
The main presentation will be delivered by Cem Dener, Lead Governance Specialist and Chair of the World Bank FMIS COP. The event will be very informal, and all participants are encouraged to join the discussion.
