Videoconference
The Treasury Community of Practice (TCOP) held a video conference on December 10, 2013, devoted to the topic "Public Assets Accounting" and delivered by Mr. Mark Silins, the World Bank expert for the Treasury Community. The presentation can be accessed here. The video conference was attended by representatives of seven PEMPAL member countries: Albania, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Tajikistan, and Ukraine.
