Public Expenditure Framework Assessment (PEFA) Work Group (WG) Report

The PEFA Work Group held its fourth Video Conference (VC) meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2009.  In addition to Georgia, countries that participated in the meeting were Kosovo, Montenegro, and Moldova.  

 

The focus of the meeting was to finalize the work group report.  The report was developed using the survey results, the case studies, information provided by the PEFA Secretariat, and information from the deliberations during the prior meetings of the work group.  I am happy to report that the group did not recommend any changes to the report. 

 

However, it was agreed that it would be good to give the other countries that have participated in prior work group meetings an opportunity to comment on the report prior to its finalization.
