The next PEMPAL Steering Committee meeting will be held at the Center of Excellence in Finance (CEF) in Ljubljana, Slovenia from February 16-17, 2012.

Agenda:

1.    Election of the Chair of the PEM PAL Steering Committee
2.    PEM PAL Strategy
3.    Management's response to PEM PAL Mokoro Evaluation
4.    COPs Updated budgets
5.    PEM PAL 2011 Annual Report
6.    Marketing of PEM PAL
7.    Up-date on the tender
8.    Other

Participation:

Representatitives of donor institutions and representatitives of all three CoPs are encouraged to inform the Secretariat about their participation until January 20, 2012. As for participation of the Cop’s members, it is envisaged that two representatives per CoP would attend a meeting (Chair + 1). The attendance by video-conference is not envisaged this time.

Travel and accomodation:

Travel arrangements for the COP representatives will be made upon the confirmation of the participation and in parallel with the visa procedures. Rooms have been booked at the Hotel Slon (block-booking for everybody). The welcome reception will be held there on February 15 at 20.00.
